  • Ownwell is currently available for Canadian mortgage brokers outside of Quebec. We’ll be adding support for Canadian realtors soon.

  • Ownwell combines mortgage data from your submission platform, home price estimates from one of Canada’s top housing data providers, and rates from Lender Spotlight to generate insights on your clients' home equity and mortgage options.

  • Ownwell automatically pulls in your active mortgage clients from your submission platform. Currently, Ownwell is integrated with Finmo. A CSV import option will be available soon to access historical data from other systems. Integrations with other submission platforms will come later.

  • You can start by purchasing the monthly plan. Ownwell will intelligently import 100 clients in order of nearest maturity. You can add additional client capacity anytime by buying packs of 100 clients at $50 per 100 clients ($0.50/client).

  • The homeowners’ digest includes a home price estimate, a refinance potential analysis, a purchasing power estimate, a home equity estimate, and a mortgage snapshot. Each section of the digest can be turned on or off by the broker, and no rates are visible to the client.

  • The home estimates come from one of Canada’s top housing data providers.

  • The rates are provided by Lender Spotlight.

  • After importing your client data, you can choose to subscribe your clients individually or in bulk to the monthly homeowners’ digest. They will receive a monthly email with your profile photo and contact information that includes a link to the digest. You can unsubscribe the client anytime if you wish to stop sending it to them. The client can also unsubscribe.
